In this 3 hour workshop, you will learn:
Why Training Like Men Is a Fallacy
Our bodies are not only structurally different but as our bodies change through pregnancy and postpartum, certain considerations like pelvic health need to come in to play.
Self-Care, Nutrition, And Sleep Play A Vital Role
Even with training every day, if you’re including self-care into your fitness programming, you may not see the results you’re working hard to achieve. Learn simple strategies you can use everyday to take car of your body and mind.
Pelvic Floor Function And Why It Matters
Most women are told to kegel in order to train the pelvic floor. However, women are generally not taught to integrate your pelvic floor into our training. Learn how to coordinate your breathing, alignment, and kegel, into your training, and maximize your lifting potential.
Apply Your New Found Knowledge Lead By 1 of 3 Instructors
